Tommy End & Xelina Set To Face Lio Rush & Shotzi at HOG Salvation This Month

Fightful Select reports that former WWE Superstars Tommy End (aka Aleister Black) and Xelina (aka Zelina Vega) are set to team up this month at House of Glory Wrestling Salvation. They will compete in mixed tag team action, facing the team of HOG Cruiserweight Champion Lio Rush and HOG Women’s Champion Shotzi, in a first-time-ever matchup.

Xelina previously attached Shotzi at HOG Fallout in Los Angeles, making it known that she wants a shot at the HOG Women’s Championship. Shotzi will have help from Lio Rush, and they’ll be teaming up as The Blackhearts at Salvation.

Per HOG’s announcement for the matchup, “Lio Rush, the reigning HOG Cruiserweight Champion, will join forces with Shotzi for the very first time. Together, they will enter the NYC Arena as The Blackhearts, bringing speed, aggression and championship-level intensity to one of the biggest tag team matches HOG has presented this year.”

As previously reported, during the PROGRESS Wrestling When September Ends last weekend, Tommy End lost the PROGRESS World Title back to Cara Noir. After the match, he announced that he was shedding the name of Malakai Black and resuming his old moniker of Tommy End.

HOG Salvation is set for Friday, October 9. It will be held at the NYC Arena in Jamaica, New York. Here’s the current lineup:

* Xelina & Tommy End vs. The Blackhearts (Shotzi & Lio Rush)
* Charles Mason vs. Tommaso Ciampa
