Trent Beretta Says Kofi is an Asshole ‘Then, Now, Forever’

Trent Beretta continues to hold a grudge against Kofi. Beretta and Kofi shared the WWE locker room for years before the former’s release in 2013.

Following his release in early 2013, Trent took to X and wrote, “Now that I’m fired, I can finally say it: Kofi Kingston is an a*shole.” With Kofi and Austin Creed debuting in All Elite Wrestling at last weekend’s All In event at Wembley, Beretta revisited his 2013 tweet and added, “Then, now, forever, brother.”

Trent Beretta has been with All Elite Wrestling since February 2019. He is one of the many members of The Don Callis Family and one-half of RPG Vice alongside Rocky Romero. He last wrestled on AEW TV in July 2026, losing to Darby Allin in a match on Collision.
