MVP continued his criticism of Triple H during a recent episode of his Marking Out podcast. He questioned how many wrestlers the WWE CCO helped elevate during his WWE in-ring career.
The current AEW star compared Triple H’s legacy to that of The Undertaker, arguing that Undertaker consistently helped other wrestlers gain momentum while remaining a top attraction himself. MVP, who spent a combined 11 years in WWE across two separate runs, referred to Levesque by the nickname “The Nose,” a term he has used publicly before.
During the discussion, MVP questioned how many performers fans directly associate with being elevated by Triple H during his career, apart from Randy Orton and Batista (via Wrestling Inc).
“How many people you remember ‘The Nose’ getting over? How many people can you associate with him? And I’ll give you two. I’ll give you Randy (Orton), I’ll give you Batista. Take them away. Who else can you remember Triple Nose getting over?”
Despite the criticism, MVP acknowledged that Triple H was a major draw for WWE during his peak years. He also noted the difference he sees between Undetaker and him: the former, despite having an ego, would put talent over if he saw potential. He said of Undertaker:
“But he’s also a pro’s pro. If he sees the money and sees the money in you, he will work with you to elevate you.”
The latest remarks continue a public criticism MVP has revisited multiple times. He had previously stated on his podcast that he did not personally like or respect Triple H.
