Undisputed WWE Title Match & More Added To Next Week’s WWE Smackdown

Sami Zayn is set to defend the Undisputed WWE Championship on next week’s episode of WWE Smackdown. It was announced on this week’s show that Zayn will put the title on the line against Trick Williams. The match was set up ahead of a tag team match in which Williams and Rey Fenix battled Zayn and Johnny Gargano. Williams was interviewed before the match and announced that he was challenging Zayn on next Friday’s show.

In addition, it Rey Fenix will defend the AAA Championship against Ricky Saints on the show, assuming he retains the title against Mini Vikingo at AAA Heroes Inmortales. And finally, Danhausen will make an appearance on what is being described as “Danhausen’s Very Nice, Very Evil SmackDown.” There isn’t much information about what that means, other than Corey Graves saying on commentary that fans should expect the unexpected. Danhausen himself has been in a program opposite Gunther heading into the event.
