Update on Lady Frost Following AEW Exit, Thanks Tony Khan

Lady Frost has exited AEW, and according to a new report she already has already landed at a new promotion. As reported, Frost became a free agent at midnight after her contract expired. Frost has confirmed she became a free agent, posting to Twitter on Wednesday morning to thank AEW President Tony Khan and note that she is “on the hunt.”

Frost wrote:

“As of today, I am a free agent. I want to thank @TonyKhan for being an incredibly kind and passionate boss. I had some of the most incredible moments with @AEW and I am so grateful for the years that I spent there.

For now, I’m on the hunt. Onto the next…”

However, according to Fightful Select the AEW alumna already has a new home. The outlet reports that Frost has signed with MLW and was signed “immediately” upon entering free agency. According to sources, MLW had immediate interest in Frost and communicated such to her. Those sources said they were “very excited” to get the deal done, and she is set for a number of tapings.

No word as of yet on the length of her deal. Frost had signed with AEW back in 2023 and last wrestled for the company in January, losing a match to Mina Shirakawa on the January 10th episode of AEW Collision. Before that, she had last competed for AEW/ROH on the July 11th episode of ROH on HonorClub. During Frost’s tenure with AEW & ROH, she stayed active on the independent scene.
