Various News: Alberto El Patron Announces MMA Return, Rosa Mendes Training After Surgery

– In the latest edition of the MMA Hour (via Wrestlezone), Alberto El Patron announced that he will return to MMA as part of Combates Americas, where he was President in 2016 and 2017. Patron, who is 41, has a record of 9-5.

– Rosa Mendes is once again training after getting surgery for a torn ACL in September. She wrote on Instagram:
