– Hulk Hogan returns to court today to continue his battle with Gawker of the release of his sex tapes. The publishing of his sex videos eventually led to his dismissal from WWE, when it was discovered that Hogan used racist language in the videos. ABC Action News notes that Gawker is filing several motions that will try to, “stain Bollea’s character,” and, “decrease the amount of damages even if Gawker were to lose the case.” If they were to lose and have to pay the $100 million, it could put them out of business.
