Warner Bros Discovery Says Cancelled Plans For MAX Do Not Affect AEW

As previously reported, Warner Bros. Discovery has decided not to move forward with plans to launch a premium tier for sports programming on Max. WBD sent a statement to PWInsider and said that the cancelled plans for a sports tier do not affect AEW, which has programming on Max, in any way.

The statement reads: “The recent Max news does not affect AEW at all. AEW’s Wednesday and Saturday live shows will be available on all tiers of Max.“
