Shoko Nakajikma will put the MLW Women’s World Featherweight Championship on the line at MLW Fightland. MLW announced on Thursday that Nakajikma will defend her title against Yuki Kamifuku at the show, which takes place on September 13th in North Richland Hills, Texas.
The announcement notes:
This summer in Japan, the rivalry turned ugly when Yuki Kamifuku viciously attacked Shoko Nakajima, going as far as to strike the champion with her own championship belt. Now, the world will see the fallout when these two clash in MLW’s return to Dallas/Ft. Worth.
Known across Japan as a super model and celebrated star, Yuki Kamifuku has shown her true colors in MLW: an elitist who believes she’s better than everyone. Backed by an undefeated record in MLW competition, Kamifuku now eyes the coveted MLW Women’s championship — and she’ll stop at nothing to get it.
