With WWE expected to go back to dual PPVs following WrestleMania, the Wrestling Observer (via SportsKeeda) reports that many lower and mid card talent could be on the outside looking in as they will be unlikely to be used on PPVs. With fewer spots available on PPV cards, a lot of talent will also likely get less focus on TV since they won’t be building to PPV matches.

WWE brought in a lot of new talent last year, and also brought up a lot of new talent from NXT, when they put the brand split in place since more talent would be needed for RAW and Smackdown branded PPVs. This resulted in WWE having more wrestlers in the company than at any point in their history.
