WWE Interested in Viper For The Mae Young Classic

According to The Wrestling Observer Newsletter, Viper has reportedly been offered a spot in the WWE Women’s Tournament (Mae Young Classic). The WON says this is interesting because she was on the World of Sport tapings, and WWE up to the point, hasn’t had interest in signing those any of those wrestlers because of their existing ITV contracts. There’s no word on if her contract is different or if the idea is that talent can’t be held to those contracts since ITV has nothing going on, or if this is a sign that the project is dead. People close to the ITV project say the ITV thing is still alive and ITV is considering several options to work with, with Impact being one of the options.
