This week’s episode of WWE Main Event saw its viewership drop on a competition-heavy night and with a different timeslot. Wednesday night’s episode is currently sitting at 261,000 views, per the video on Rumble.
That numbers is down heavily from the 586,000 views at around the same time for last week’s show. It is important to note that this week’s show aired at 10 PM ET/7 PM ET as opposed to the usual 8 PM ET/5 PM PT. That’s because at its regular timeslot, it was going to be up against not only the usual AEW Dynamite, but also WWE NXT which was aired on Wednesday night so as to avoid being up against the US midterm election coverage.
The first episode launched to 509,000 viewers and, as of this writing, is up to 790,000. The October 21st episode currently stands at 560,000, while last week’s episode doesn’t seem to have moved much past its initial numbers and is still at 586,000.
WWE Main Event made the move to Rumble from YouTube on October 14th.
