WWE News: Footage of Donald Trump at WrestleMania IV With Mobster Surfaces, Jericho Pokes Fun at Goldberg

– Donald Trump’s WWE connections have kept him an odd mainstay here in the Wrestling Zone throughout the presidential election cycle. We’re only about a week out from the election, but we’re not done with that connection yet as Yahoo! News has posted video of Trump at WrestleMania IV next to Robert LiButti, an alleged mobster who was banned from casinos in New Jersey due to his alleged ties to organized crime. Trump has previously denied ever knowing LiButti after reports surfaced that they had ties going back to the 1990s.

Yahoo! claims that the footage was provided by a “confidential source” who uncovered it in WWE’s “online archives,” although the footage is available on the WWE Network. A Trump campaign spokeperson said when asked for comment, “This was obviously a massive event, which took place decades ago. Mr. Trump attended many similar events with thousands of people during this time period.”
