– Some more notes have made their way online from today’s taping of the Ultimate Deletion match between Matt Hardy and Bray Wyatt. PWInsider reports that Shawn Bennett was sent to serve as the official referee for the match. Jeremy Borash was there at the filming, and the site had not heard of any other talents being brought in.

As noted earlier, Jeff Hardy may appear in the match and it is expected to use elements similar to the Impact matches.

– Dolph Ziggler spoke with the All Things Wrestling Radio podcast and talked about his brief time off from the ring, noting that he asked for the time off.

Ziggler said, “I will say that I really begged and pleaded for a couple months off the television show because no matter how good I am or what I’m up to, it seems that 99 times out of 100 I would lose. I didn’t think that I deserved to be on the TV show if I was someone that was losing every night, so I asked to be taken off. I was hoping for maybe six months or a year and it ended up being four weeks.”
