Chad Gable Apologizes To Alpha Academy on WWE RAW, Maxxine Dupri Refuses

Chad Gable attempted to make peace with Alpha Academy on this week’s episode of WWE RAW. However, his apology was ultimately rejected by Maxxine Dupri.

In the segment, Gable reflected on the difficult month he has endured and admitted that many of his recent problems were the result of his own actions. He said that a conversation with Rey Mysterio helped him realize that some mistakes can still be corrected if a person is willing to take responsibility for them.

Gable then invited Otis, Akira Tozawa, and Maxxine Dupri to the ring.

Once Alpha Academy joined him, Gable addressed each member individually. After an emotional confession to Otis, Tozawa and Dupri, he said that they didn’t owe him anything, then extended his hand to Otis.

For a brief moment, it appeared Otis might accept. Before he could, Dupri stepped in front of him and shut the idea down.

Dupri said there was once a time when she believed everything Gable told them, but those days were over. She accused him of apologizing for his own benefit rather than theirs and said Alpha Academy no longer needed him.

She pointed to her own success as proof that the group had moved forward without Gable’s leadership. With that, Dupri left the ring alongside Tozawa. Otis paused for a moment before choosing to follow his teammates, leaving Gable standing alone as RAW moved on.
