Last week’s episode of WWE Smackdown had bounced back in ratings and viewership from the previous week’s numbers. Friday’s show brought in a 0.32 rating in the 18 – 49 demographic and 1.280 million viewers per Wrestlenomics. Those numbers were up 14.3% and 15.2% respectively from the previous week’s 0.30 demo rating and audience of 1.247 million.

The demo rating and audience were both down from the August 7th episode two weeks prior. That show had a 0.35 demo rating and 1.47 million viewers. Details on other ratings aren’t yet available, so no word on what topped the night.

As a reminder, Nielsen made an adjustment to its Big Data + Panel numbers in late January, and even the original Big Data + Panel ratings makes ratings difficult to compare to pre-change weeks. That said, WWE Smackdown is currently averaging a 0.285 demo rating and 1.238 million viewers in 2026 compared to a 0.430 and 1.490 million for the same time period in 2025.
