WWE SmackDown Drops to 1.1 Million Viewers Against the World Series, Ratings Also Down

Wrestlenomics has the ratings and viewership numbers for last week’s edition of WWE SmackDown. The show aired on Oct. 23 on USA Network.

Last Friday’s live USA Network broadcast averaged 1.1 million viewers. The audience fell from 1.327 million viewers for the Oct. 16 edition of Friday Night SmackDown.

Ratings were also down in the key demo. In the P18-49 key ratings demographic, WWE SmackDown drew an average 0.24 rating. The rating decreased from 0.32 in the same key demo for Oct. 16.

Friday Night SmackDown had some stiff competition in Game 1 of the MLB World Series featuring the Milwaukee Brewers against the Tampa Bay Rays. The World Series game averaged 12 million viewers on Fox.
