WWE Reportedly Wants Sylvester Stallone For Wrestlemania 40
WrestleVotes reports that WWE is interested in bringing in Sylvester Stallone for Wrestlemania 40 in some way. Stallone played Rocky Balboa in a series of films with deep ties to Philadelphia, the host city for this year’s event. It’s unknown if he has agreed, WWE is said to be hopeful. The Wrestling Observer Newsletter notes that there may be a schedule conflict which could prevent it.
Stallone previously appeared for WWE when he inducted Hulk Hogan into the WWE Hall of Fame in 2005.
