Fightful Select has reported that wXw (Westside Xtreme Wrestling) has withdrawn scheduled appearances by former NJPW stars Tetsuya Naito and BUSHI (AKA Los Tranquilos de Japón) after internal concerns surfaced about recent bookings. Both wrestlers had been advertised for wXw events beginning November 14, but the German promotion has confirmed that neither talent will appear as planned.

According to details shared with Fightful Select by Corey Brennan, wXw sources indicated that the company had previously reached agreements with representatives of Los Tranquilos de Japón. These arrangements were described as similar to the terms of their September appearances in Europe. Sources stated that both wrestlers were “very happy” with those terms, and wXw also helped in arranging additional bookings for them across other European promotions.

The situation reportedly shifted when a new individual began acting as an “assistant” for the duo. Sources close to wXw told Fightful Select that this representative introduced new conditions late in the process. One of the main issues mentioned was a request for European Union work visas shortly before the scheduled dates. These were not required to work the event.

Following the change in demands, wXw removed Naito and BUSHI from its upcoming events and plans. An internal source noted that the situation was reported to other European promotions. The same source also claimed it was “bad business” on Tetsuya Naito and BUSHI’s part, and that they were unsure what the duo would do now.
