ORIGINAL: Xavier Woods has signed a new multi-year deal extension with WWE, reports Fightful Select. They note that talks between Woods and WWE came down to the wire, as his existing deal was set to expire in September but the two sides struck a deal before the month ended.
The deal follows a recent trend of WWE being unable to come to terms on new deals with talent including Killer Kross, Santos Escobar, and Jazmyn Nyx.
Woods recently had surgery to remove lymphoma from the back of his head.
