The show opened with Shinjiro Otani (of WCW fame) cutting a promo in the ring. (Zero-1 is his promotion).

Masato Tanaka and Takashi Sugiura were also honored with Tokyo Sports’s Tag Team of the Year Award before the show.

1. Hashimoto Kazuki over Yoshikazu Yokoyama with a Fisherman’s Buster.

2. Jason Lee retained the NWA International Light Heavyweight Championship over Atsushi Maruyama and Mineo Fujita in a three-way. Fun match.

3. Dangan Yankees beat Voodoo Murderers in an 8-man tag.

4. Atsushi Onita, Ichiro Yaguchi, and Dump Matsumoto beat TARU, Brother YASSHI, and Voodoo Mask.

5. 5-on-5 Outsider vs. Zero-1 elimination match. Outsiders (Yoshihiro Takayama, Daisuke Sekimoto, Takashi Sugiura, Ryoji Sai, and Akebono) vs. Zero-1 (Masato Tanaka, Hideki Suzuki, Kohei Sato, Yusaku Obata, and Shinjiro Otani):

Shinjiro Otani pinned Yoshihiro Takayama after a diving dropkick to the back of the head and two Dragon Suplexes.

Daisuke Sekimoto beat Shinjiro Otani with a German Suplex Hold.

Daisuke Sekimoto pinned Yusaku Obata.

Hideki Suzuki eliminated Daisuke Sekimoto.

Akebono pinned Hideki Suzuki.

Masato Tanaka eliminated Akebono with the Sliding D.

Masato Tanaka wrestled Takashi Sugiura to a 15 minute draw. This was an awesome clash between the two members of Tokyo Sports’s Tag Team of the Year. I’d have been happy if the show ended with this.

Kohei Sato defeated Ryoji Sai to win the match for Team Zero-1.
