Matt Menard Reflects On His 2023, Didn’t Expect Jericho Appreciation Society To End
December 22, 2023 | Posted by
Matt Menard looked back on the past year in a recent interview, noting he didn’t predict the end of the Jericho Appreciation Society. The stable broke apart back in August, and Menard weighed in on the situation while speaking with Good Karma Wrestling.
“It wasn’t the year I was necessarily expecting,” Menard said. “I didn’t see the end of the Jericho Appreciation Society coming. I don’t know how you feel watching the product, but it felt to me, when the year started off, I didn’t think it would be over already. I didn’t see that happening.”
He added, “I would say the last couple of months have been pretty awesome. The tournament with Garcia. Everything that we’ve been doing, getting back together with Hager. It’s been an absolute blast.”
