Update On Order of Protection Against Keanu Carver

The order of protection against NXT alumnus Keanu Carver will stay in place following a court hearing on Tuesday. As previously reported, a hearing was set for this morning in Seminole County, Florida on the protective order that was filed against him by a WWE NXT talent. PWInsider reports that lawyers for Carver, real name Kevin Robertson, asked for a continuance which was approved. Attorneys for the person who sought the order did not oppose the request.

As is typical in such cases, the protective order remains in place. A new hearing is set for November 17th at 9 AM.

The order of protection was issued on behald of a contracted WWE NXT talent who alleged that they were formerly in a relationship and that he stalked them and engaged in domestic violence. Carver has not yet been criminally charged in the matter.

The initial request for the order of protection was filed on September 14th, and extended on September 22nd. Carver initially posted to Twitter after the news broke, claiming “yall gone sound dumb ash in a month.” He has since deleted the tweets and deactivated his social media accounts.

WWE released Keanu Carver from his contract at the end of September.
