In the latest update, Keanu Carver has reportedly been released from WWE. According to Mike Johnson of PWInsider, the now-former NXT talent has been removed from WWE’s internal roster and is essentially gone from the company.
The development comes in the wake of Keanu Carver (real name: Kevin Robertson) being issued an order of protection by a Florida court, preventing him from contacting an NXT talent who accused him of stalking, harassment, domestic violence, and making unwanted visits and phone calls following the end of their relationship, in a petition filed on September 14.
On September 22, the court ordered Carver to stay at least 500 feet away from the petitioner. In last week’s issue of the Wrestling Observer Newsletter, Dave Meltzer reported that Carver was essentially gone from the company.
Carver joined WWE in late 2023, making his televised debut for the company during the December 12, 2023, edition of NXT. The 27-year-old officially joined NXT’s roster in January this year, and his last match for the company took place at an NXT live event on September 12.
