Kamaru Usman and Jorge Masvidal on Weight for UFC 261

Kamaru Usman and Jorge Masvidal are on weight and ready for UFC 261. The official and ceremonial weigh-ins were held yesterday for today’s UFC 261 pay-per-view event in Jacksonville, Florida. Tonight’s card will be available live on pay-per-view via ESPN+ and will feature three UFC title fights.

Usman (169.5 pounds) and Masvidal (170 pounds) were both on weight and ready to go for their welterweight title rematch scheduled for later tonight. Previously, Usman defended his title against Masvidal by unanimous decision at UFC 251 in July 2020.

In the co-main event, Zhang Weili (114.5 pounds) defends her women’s strawweight title against former champion Rose Namajunas (114.5 pounds), who also came in on weight. At women’s flyweight, champion Valentina Shevchenko (124.5 pounds) defends against former strawweight champion Jessica Andrade (124.5 pounds), so they are on weight and ready to go for their title bout as well.

Prelims for today’s event will be shown on ESPN+ and simulcast on ESPN and ESPN Deported starting at 8:00 pm EST/5:00 pm PST. The main card kicks off at 10:00 pm EST/7:00 pm PST. Here are the full weigh-in results:
