New Uncharted Trailer Goes On a Treasure Hunt

Uncharted is heading to theaters in February, and a new trailer sees Nathan Drake and company heading out to do some treasure hunting. Columbia Pictures released the new trailer on Thursday, and you can check it out below.

The preview features Nathan (Tom Holland) teaming up with Sully (Mark Wahlberg) and Chloe (Sophia Ali) in pursuit of the greatest treasure never found. It features some big action sequences as well as the debut of Sully’s famed mustache.

The adaptation of the Naughty Dog game franchise is directed by Ruben Fleischer from a script by Rafe Judkins, Art Marcum & Matt Holloway. It stars Holland, Wahlberg, Ali, Tati Gabrielle, and Antonio Banderas and arrives on February 18th, 2022. The synopsis reads:

Street-smart thief Nathan Drake (Tom Holland) is recruited by seasoned treasure hunter Victor “Sully” Sullivan (Mark Wahlberg) to recover a fortune lost by Ferdinand Magellan 500 years ago. What starts as a heist job for the duo becomes a globe-trotting, white-knuckle race to reach the prize before the ruthless Moncada (Antonio Banderas), who believes he and his family are the rightful heirs. If Nate and Sully can decipher the clues and solve one of the world’s oldest mysteries, they stand to find $5 billion in treasure and perhaps even Nate’s long-lost brother…but only if they can learn to work together.
