Three More Join Cast of Rian Johnson’s Knives Out

Deadline reports that three more actors have signed on to the cast of the ensemble film Knives Out for director Rian Johnson. Per the report, Riki Lindhome, Edi Patterson, and Raul Castillo have all signed on for the project.

They join the cast opposite Daniel Craig, Evans, and Lakeith Stanfield. MRC is financing the picture, which Rian Johnson will write, direct and produce with his producing partner Ram Bergman.

Plot details on the project are still vague, but it’s described as a modern-day murder mystery similar to an Agatha Christie whodunit style. It’s not yet clear who Shannon might play.

A studio is not yet attached to distribute the project. MRC plans to package the film out to buyers in the coming weeks. Shooting is expected to start later this November.
