2 Cold Scorpio Jailed After Bond Revoked Earlier This Month

2 Cold Scorpio is back in jail after his bond in his assault case was revoked earlier this month. As reported, prosecutors in Kansas City, Missouri filed a motion on September 9th asking to have Scorpio, real name Charles Scaggs, jailed and to have his bond revoked. The bond was in relation to the case in which he pleaded guilty in August on charges of second-degree assault and armed criminal action.

According to Fightful, court records indicated that Scorpio had a court appearance on September 17th in which he acknowledged to having brandished a firearm, which was in violation of his bond. He was taken into custody and jailed due to the matter.

Court records for the hearing read:

“Court finds and believes Defendant to be clearly in violation of his bond conditions, and that said violation is a danger to public safety.”

2 Cold Scorpio will be sentenced in relation to his guilty plea on October 9th. The plea was part of a deal stemming from his June 2024 arrest for allegedly stabbing a man during a fight at a gas station where he was working as a security guard.
