2 Cold Scorpio has hit a snag in his assault case, with prosecutors seeking to have his bond revoked and for him to be jailed. As you may recall, the WWE, WCW, ECW alumni pleaded guilty in August on charges of second-degree assault and armed criminal action. The charges stemmed from a June 2024 arrest for allegedly stabbing a man during a fight at a gas station where he was working as a security guard. The guilty plea was part of a plea deal.
PWInsider reports that prosecutors in Kansas City, Missouri filed a motion on September 9th asking to have Scorpio, real name Charles Scaggs, jailed and to have his bond revoked. There is no information as to why the prosecuting team have sought this.
A hearing has been scheduled for September 17th at 3 PM. Scorpio had been out on bond since his arrest, and is currently scheduled to be sentenced on the charges on October 9th.
