AEW Revolution PPV Update: Numbers Surge, HBO Max Viewership Up

AEW Revolution was AEW’s biggest PPV since July of last year, and AEW All In, according to the Wrestling Observer Newsletter, with reported buys up 27% from Worlds End, which did just over 140,000 purchases. The available data places Revolution among AEW’s higher-performing events in recent years.

Meltzer notes that the most important number, though, is the show’s performance on HBO Max. He said that it was the most-watched AEW PPV on HBO Max so far, but no other details are known.

The report states that apart from the All In shows and Sting’s retirement, Revolution 2026 “looks to be the biggest PPV number” the company has done since AEW Revolution (which featured Adam Page vs. Adam Cole, CM Punk vs. MJF, and Jon Moxley vs. Bryan Danielson) and AEW Double or Nothing in 2022 (which featured CM Punk vs. Adam Page and MJF vs. Wardlow).

Revolution 2026 was headlined by MJF vs. Hangman Page in a Last Chance Texas Deathmatch.
