AEW President Tony Khan has been on a bit of a signing spree in recent months. Khan has added several wrestlers, who previously worked for TNA, WWE, and NJPW, in the past few months.
Amid this, a fan asked Sean Ross Sapp in the latest edition of Fightful’s Q&A session if there were any chances of AEW roping in The Good Brothers (Doc Gallows and Karl Anderson), Donovan Dijak, and Bishop Dyer (FKA Baron Corbin).
In response, Sapp said that The Good Brothers are unlikely to be signed by the company in the foreseeable future, as they won’t necessarily fit in the current state of AEW. As for Bishop Dyer and Dijak, the two have been backstage at several AEW events in the past, and Dyer even worked a Dark match ahead of a Dynamite taping this past January. Hence, according to Sapp, they could very well be signed to a deal and added to The Don Callis Family.
Bishop Dyer and Donovan Dijak are the reigning MLW World Tag Team Champions. They were released from WWE in 2024. Meanwhile, The Good Brothers have had several stints with WWE. Their most recent stint ended with their release in February 2025. They recently attended AJ Styles’ tribute show on WWE RAW. In 2021, Gallows and Anderson made appearances on AEW TV as part of the then-working relationship between All Elite Wrestling and their previous employers, TNA. The veterans are active on the independent circuit and are the current holders of The Crash Tag Team Championship.
