Alberto El Patron Arrested In Mexico On Domestic Violence Allegations

Alberto El Patron is in trouble with the law again, with a report that he has been arrested in Mexico on allegations of domestic violence. El Universal reports that the WWE alumnus was arrested in San Luis Potosi in nothern Mexico after his wife made an emergency call and reported that she was a victim of domestic abuse.

According to early reports, the State Civil Guard responded to the emergency call and detained El Patron. Photos that have made their way online show him apparently handcuffed, and his mugshot was released as you can see in the below Facebook post.

Patron has a history of domestic violence allegations being made against him. He was arrested in 2020 and charged with with four counts of sexual assault and one of aggravated kidnapping on allegations that he assaulted a woman after accusing her of infidelity, forced her to “wear a dress and dance for him,” and eventually violently sexually assaulted her over a period of 16 hours. Those charges were dropped in December of 2021, reportedly after a witness went missing. WWE alumna Paige also accused Patron of domestic violence during their relationship.

The charges come less than a month after Patron launched a new wrestling promotion in Mexico, LM52, alongside Dr. Wagner Jr.
