Asuka & Kairi Sane Reunite

It’s been a long time since we’ve seen either of the Kabuki Warriors on television. Kairi Sane was released by WWE in April, and Asuka went home to Japan after losing to IYO SKY at Backlash in May. Asuka is expected to come back to WWE at some point, while Kairi will be appearing on Chris Jericho’s cruise in November. Her status otherwise is unknown at this time, though there is plenty of speculation she may be headed to AEW or elsewhere.
What is known is that Kairi & Asuka both recently had birthdays. Kairi’s was on September 23, while Asuka’s was on September 26. Asuka posted a video to her YouTube Channel today showing the Kabuki Warriors together and exchanging presents.
While we don’t know if we’ll see Asuka & Kairi on television again as a tag team, it’s always good to see them together outside the business.
