– During a recent edition of Busted Open Radio, WWE Hall of Famer Bully Ray (aka Bubba Ray Dudley) explained why he thinks The Undertaker should be the only Superstar highlighted in WWE Hall of Fame Class of 2022 inductees. Below are some highlights and a clip of Bully Ray’s comments:

Bully Ray on wanting to make the Hall of Fame all about The Undertaker: “This year’s entire Hall of Fame induction should be about The Undertaker. I think several people should come up and help induct him. I think they can make it a very entertaining show. Taker can talk forever. I think it sells out the American Airlines Arena on its own. That’s how big of a deal The Undertaker being inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame is. It’s like, how do you pick just one person to induct him? There are so many people that can do a phenomenal job of inducting him. Why not we bring in everybody up there? I’m a fan of the Hall of Fame induction after SmackDown. I think you’re getting a lot of value. I think that’s bang for your buck.”

On why it should be different this year: “Let’s do something a little bit different because this character is unlike any other character out there in the WWE. It’s the greatest creation in the history of the WWE. And when I say creation, remember this is from the mind of Vince McMahon. Remember the first phone call. Remember when Vince called Mark Calaway for the first time and said, ‘Is this The Undertaker?!’ So that was born in the brain of VInce, and l-ook at what this character has turned into. No place else has that happened. Yes, I understand that Steve Austin evolved out of The Ringmaster and slowly became Stone Cold, but it wasn’t like an organic, original idea that was put into play from Day 1 and became this larger than life character in pro wrestling.”

Former WWE Superstar The Undertaker was recently announced as the first inductee for this year’s WWE Hall of Fame class that will take place during WrestleMania Week in Arlington, Texas.
