Cedric Alexander Captures X-Division Title On TNA Impact, Confronted By Fabian Aichner

Cedric Alexander is the new TNA X-Division Champion, winning the title on TNA Impact before being confronted by a debuting Fabian Aichner. Thursday night’s show saw Leon Slater put the TNA X-Division Championship on the line against Alexander in a two out of three falls match. Slater was just one day away from becoming the longest-reigning X-Division Champion in history.

The match went 22 minutes and went back and forth as the two both came close to winning the title. The finish came as Slater went up top for the Swanton 450, but Alexander moved. He hit two Lumbar Checks and got the pinfall to win the title. You can see highlights from the TNA Impact match below.

After the bout, Aichner came out from the back and did a staredown with Alexander. Aichner is the former Giovanni Vinci, who was released in early 2025.
