Chad Gable Says He’ll Get WWE Intercontinental Title Back From Ethan Page

Chad Gable says he plans to recapture the WWE Intercontinental Championship from Ethan Page after losing it to him on WWE Raw. Page defeated Gable on Monday night’s show to lay claim to the Intercontinental Championship for the first time.

Gable spoke in an Instagram Q&A video about his title loss and vowed to win it back. He also cited his schedule for the rest of the week and said that the hunt for Page and the title is on starting on Monday’s WWE Raw. You can see some highlights below (per Fightful):

On the Title Loss:

“Besides losing my Intercontinental Championship, it’s been an incredible trip. But we will address that. We will get that back and taken care of. You have my word.”

On Putting Page In His Sights Starting Monday:

“So we got one more big show tonight in Bangor, Maine. It’s home for a day and then off to Monday Night Raw, start chasing down my championship again.”

Chad Gable won the title from Penta on night two of WWE SummerSlam in August. Page’s victory ended Gable’s run with the title, his first to date, at 92 days. Mon day night’s episode of WWE Raw takes place at Bon Secours Wellness Arena in Greenville, South Carolina.
