As previously noted, Channing ‘Stacks’ Lorenzo suffered an injury during an NXT live event in mid-October. Lorenzo reportedly hit his face on a post after a spot at ringside and landed hard on his back during the eight-man tag team main event.
The match was stopped, and the NXT talent was subsequently stretchered out of the arena and was hospitalized.
On Monday morning, Stacks provided an update via Instagram stories. He shared a photo of himself in a neck brace on the hospital bed with his middle finger up and wrote:
“Doc was concerned about my ‘attitude.’ Told ‘em it’s a preexisting condition. The show goes on.”
In the next slide, Channing ‘Stacks’ Lorenzo shared another photo of himself and wrote, “Right back to the grind.”
The main event at NXT’s live event in Sudbury was stopped when Stacks got injured from a back body drop to the floor. He was stretched out.
Best wishes to Stacks. Hope he’s alright 🙏
