CM Punk Featured In First Trailer For Netflix’s Guarding Stars

The first trailer for Netflix’s new romantic comedy Guarding Stars is out, with CM Punk in a featured role. Netflix released the trailer for the film on Wednesday, and you can check it out below. CM Punk appears as a co-worker of Leighton Meester’s bodyguard character, with the latter assigned to take care of a movie actor played by Jared Padalecki (Supernatural).

The film releases on Netflix on November 18 and is based on a novel by Katherine Center titled The Bodyguard. The synopsis reads:

When a no-nonsense bodyguard is assigned to protect a charming action star over the holidays sparks fly, secrets unravel, and Christmas gets a whole lot more complicated.
