Danhausen Dresses As Cody Rhodes For ‘Happy Birthday’ Segment At WWE Live Event

Cody Rhodes received a late happy birthday from Danhausen during a WWE live event that took place over the weekend. The live event took place on Charleston, South Carolina on Sunday and featured a segment in which the WWE star showed up while Rhodes and CM Punk were in the ring. Video of the segment was posted to Twitter.

Danhausen showed up in Rhodes’ coat and a blonde shaped wig like Giule, the character Rhodes is playing in the upcoming Street Fighter movie. He sang “Happy birthday” to Rhodes, despite the fact that Rhodes’ birthday was on June 30th.

Danhausen said that Rhodes took the night before off for his birthday, with Rhodes clarifying that it was his daughter’s birthday. Undaunted, the Very Nice, Very Evil One led the audience in the song. Ricky Saints tried to attack but ended up taking two Go To Sleeps from CM Punk and Danhausen cursed him, all before Rhodes smashed a cake in his face.
