Dani Luna Reportedly Exits TNA

TNA is down one Knockout, as Dani Luna has exited the company according to a new report. Fightful Select’s Sean Ross Sapp and Corey Brennan report that Luna requested her release the company and had it granted as of the weekend.

There’s no word on the reason for Luna requesting her release. Luna competed against Arianna Grace and Lei Ying Lee for Grace’s TNA Knockouts World Championship at TNA Sacrifice on Friday evening. The report notes that Luna is a free agent now and that there was “no bad blood” between Luna and TNA.

Luna made her debut for TNA in June of 2023, and signed with the company in December of that year. She teamed up with Jody Threat as Spitfire and had two reigns as the TNA Knockouts World Tag Team Champions. The two were named Knockouts Tag Team of the Year in the 2024 TNA Year-End Awards.

Luna turned heel in August after Spitfire split up. She feuded with Indi Hartwell through the last quarter of 2025. In addition to her TNA work, she has wrestled for a number of independent promotions such as wXW, ATTACK! Pro Wrestling and DEADLOCK Pro. She worked in WWE NXT UK in 2019 through the brand’s closure in 2021.
