Darby Allin continues to reign as AEW TNT Champion. The first match of tonight’s episode of AEW Collision kicked off with Darby defending the TNT Championship against Myron Reed.

The closing stretch of the match saw Reed set up a chair on the floor at ringside and attempt a Tope con Giro. However, Allin moved out of the way, leading to Reed crashing through the chair.

Darby dragged Reed into the ring and nailed the Coffin Drop to secure the pinfall. The competitors shook hands post-match, and Zachary Wentz and Steven Borden appreciated both guys.

After the match, Allin turned his attention to recapturing the AEW World Tag Team Championship, stating that teaming with Sting has been one of the greatest things he’s ever experienced. Allin said he and Steven Borden intend to regain tag team gold that he and Sting never lost.

Borden assured Darby that he’d lay everything on the line to ensure that his partner recaptures the tag team championship.

Allin and Borden will battle Kyle Fletcher and Kevin Night in an AEW World Team Championship No. 1 Contenders Match at All Out: Chicago next weekend.
