Ethan Page Retains North American Title Against Elio LeFleur On WWE NXT

Ethan Page spoiled Elio LeFleur’s WWE NXT debut, retaining the NXT North American Championship with a handful of tights on this week’s show. Tuesday night’s episode saw Page defend his championship against LeFleur in the opening bout. This marked the high-flying Frenchman’s debut on the brand.

LeFleur kept Page on the ropes and nearly won the match on a couple of occasions, including after a Coast-to-Coast dropkick. However, Page was able to catch him in the corner and hit a powerbomb. He rolled up LeFlaur and grabbed the tights for the tainted victory. You can see highlights from the match below.

Page’s NXT North American Championship reign stands at 239 days. He won the title from Ricky Saints on the May 27th, 2025 episode of WWE NXT. After tonight’s match, Saints came out and said that he and Page were the glue holding the brand together. Page countered that he knocked some sense into Saints the last time they crossed paths, then headed to the back. Saints headed to do commentary for the next bout.

Page is also the AAA Mixed Tag Team Champion alongside Chelsea Green. They last defended those titles in November at AAA Alianzas.
