The Great Khali has been away from WWE for quite some time, but he is leaving the door open for a possible Royal Rumble appearance some day. The WWE Hall of Famer hasn’t worked a match in WWE since 2018, when he returned for the Greatest Royal Rumble in in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. He recently appeared on Insight With Chris Van Vliet and, while confirming he’s retired from the ring, said “You never know” about a Royal Rumble appearance. You can see the highlights below:
On a Possible Royal Rumble Spot:
“You never know. Maybe WWE will ask me one day if I can go. Just 1-2 days, not full-time, never, because of my knee, so I can’t go full time.”
On the Condition Of His Knees:
“Still here, I just want to take a break for a little bit. Then I want surgery, but I’m just busy every day.”
On If He’s In Pain:
“I’m sitting in no pain. But when I especially take the stairs there’s pain, and when I stand for a long time, there’s pain. Otherwise, I’m fine. This is okay. I can do exercise, I can do anything, only when I walk and take stairs, there is pain.”
