Great-O-Khan Says Will Ospreay Isn’t Leaving United Empire After Joining AEW

Will Ospreay’s status in United Empire is secure despite signing with AEW, per Great-O-Khan. Ospreay is a key member of the stable, which is mostly associated with NJPW but has worked in a number of other companies as well. With his having signed with AEW where he will move full-time in March, some questions were left as to his status with the UE. Great-O-Khan was asked about the matter in an interview with Tokyo Sports.

“Yo, that’s a level of gibberish that would make Prince Shotoku ask twice,” O-Khan said (translated via DeepL). “How many years have you been a professional wrestling reporter? Cut off your stomach, or lose a finger. Where is the danger? Where is the danger? Ospreay will continue to be in New Japan, not leave the United Empire. All you have to do is to increase the membership of the United Empire and show your authority over there. The people of the Empire need not worry at all.”
