Identities of Andrade’s Latest ‘Selfie Girls’ Confirmed

At first, we might have thought that when Andrade El Idolo took a selfie with an apparent fan, it might turn into an angle and have her play a bigger part in storylines. Thus far, though, it seems to be a different indie performer each time, and feels more like the “Rude Awakenings” Rick Rude used to do with female fans.

That eventually paid off in storyline with one of them being Jake Roberts’ wife, and maybe this will go somewhere else too, eventually. For now, Fightful Select has revealed the identities of this week’s girls.

The one who got the selfie was Ava Everett, who has recently been competing in intergender tag team matches with “Ace of Space” Leon St. Giovanni as the Cosmic Cuties. Ava originally made her debut as one of Anthony Greene’s Platinum Hunnies in promotions like CZW.

For the boat vignettes on Collision, that lady was Rachel Ley, who competed at AEW Fairway to Hell in May. Ley posted an image from her Instagram with Andrade El Idolo confirming it, writing, “a hot new couple has just entered the villa!”

Could either become more than just one and done for this gimmick? We’ll have to stay tuned.
