Initial Betting Odds For CM Punk vs. Bron Breakker WWE World Heavyweight Title Match

CM Punk will defend his World Heavyweight Title against Bron Breakker on the first WWE Raw of 2026, and the initial betting odds slightly favor Punk. As noted, Paul Heyman announced on last night’s Raw that Breakker will challenge Punk for the title. The match is set for the January 5th, 2026 episode of Raw which is the first episode of the new year.

Bet Online released the initial betting odds on Tuesday. Punk opens as the initial favorite, as you can see below:

CM Punk: -180 (5/9)
Bron Breaker: +140 (7/5)

The opening odds believe Punk has a 64.3% likelihood of retaining the championship.

The January 6th episode of Raw takes place from Barclays Center in Brooklyn, New York and airs on Netflix. No other matches have yet been announced for the show. The episode will mark the one-year anniversary of WWE Raw’s debut on the service.
