Joe Alonzo Earns #20 Spot In Call Your Shot Gauntlet On TNA Impact

Joe Alonzo and Trey Miguel’s spots in the Call Your Shot Gauntlet at Bound For Glory are set after a match on this week’s TNA Impact. Thursday’s show featured an eight-man tag team match for the advantage in the gauntlet match on Sunday’s PPV. Elijah, Frankie Kazarian, Bear Bronson, and Miguel took on AJ Francis, Alonzo, Brian Myers, and the Hometown Man in the match, with the rules being that the winner would get the #20 spot while the person he pinned or submitted would get the #1 spot.

The 12 and a half minute match came to an end when Francis hit Miguel with the TFL. However, Alonzo got the blind tag to Francis and rushed in, pinning Miguel before anyone could stop him. You can see clips from the TNA Impact match below.

The Call Your Shot Gauntlet match will see 20 men battle for the Call Your Shot trophy, which the holder can cash in at any time for a title match of their choosing. Bronson, Avery Styles, Kazarian, Miguel, Elijah, Francis, Myers, Home Town Man, Alonzo, and Harley Hudson are confirmed for the match so far.

TNA Bound For Glory takes place at the Yeungling Center in Tampa, Florida on October 11th and airs live on PPV. We’ll have an updated card for the show following tonight’s episode of TNA Impact.
