John Cena Reveals The One Person Who Could Get Him To Return to the Ring

John Cena isn’t backing off the notion that it would be “financial suicide” for a company to give him enough money to return to the ring and has even taken it a step further. As you may recall, Cena made the comments in a recent Us Weekly interview, noting that, “It would be financial suicide for someone to court me in a position where I would have another match, and I truly mean that.”
The retired WWE star was asked about a potential return during a panel at SpaceCon San Antonio and stuck to his assertion, invoking the name of the first-ever trillionaire in SpaceX mogul, Twitter ruiner, and Tesla head Musk.
“I’m going to put this in terms the room hopefully understands,” Cena said (per Fightful). “I cannot speak in absolutes, I don’t control that. But I think the only person that can convince me to come back given recent events would be Mr. Elon Musk. He’d have to give up a whole lot of his fortune to do so. So, until he does that, I think I’m going to stay retired.”
While Cena’s time in the ring is at an end, he remains part of WWE and has come up with the upcoming John Cena Classic, which was announced at WWE Backlash.
