Jon Moxley Beats Nigel McGuinness in Finals of Continental Cup Challenge at AEW All In: London

Nigel McGuinness failed to score the upset of a lifetime and overcome Jon Moxley at AEW All In: London 2026. Despite an extremely tough effort and a supportive hometown crowd, the 50-year-old wrestler could not overcome the reigning Continental Champion.

Jon Moxley repeatedly targeted McGuinness’ “injured” ankle. Ultimately, he secured the Ankle Lock, and McGuinness submitted. As a result, Moxley remains Continental Champion.

Jon Moxley has been AEW Continental Champion since December. He won the title at AEW Worlds End 2025 after beating Kazuchika Okada in the finals of last year’s Continental Classic tournament, which is separate from the Continental Cup. Moxley has now been champion for 246 days.
