Krule Replaced in No Rope Barbed Wire Match at MDK Fight Club This Week

GCW’s The Collective confirmed on Instagram today that former MLW World Heavyweight Champion Krule/Mads Krugger has been replaced in the No Rope Barbed Wire Match at MDK Fight Club scheduled for Thursday, April 16.

The lineup no longer lists Krugger. Taking his place is Dr. Redacted, who faces Slade in the matchup. No reason was given for his replacement in the matchup (see below).

As previously reported, Krule was recently involved in an incident at a Ruthless Pro Wrestling (RPW) show at the Berwyn Eagles Club in Berwyn Illinois on March 28. During the incident, a fan attempted to stab Krule.

Video footage later showed several wrestlers attacking the fan in an attempt to aid Krule, who later said that he was “fine.” A number of people at the event later claimed they never saw a knife during the attack. GCW Owner Brett Lauderdale later referred to the incident as a “fake stabbing.”
